Annette and her family moved from Los Angeles to Wasco in 1969 where they lived in the Ol Farm House at the corner of 7th & Central Ave. in Wasco for many years of which she had many fond memories of. She attended Wasco High School when she met and married Brad Smothers. They were married from 1980 to 1989 and she was blessed with the birth of her daughter Sharee Nicole. She worked for several companies in the Wasco area with the majority of that time at Bear Creek Roses where she was an Executive Assistant when she met and married Ed Snowden. They married April 22, 1995 on the lawn of Stockdale Country Club and were applauded by golfers when they said, "I Do". Annette was an artist and designer, she loved her craft and shared it with many. Her home was a reflection of her soul, drawn from her favorite movies "A Walk in the Clouds" and "Kate & Leopold", both of which captured her essence of romance and love. Her love of children was her greatest passion. She felt love, pain, sorrow, and happiness deeper then most. Her love of God was strong and she found peace and calm within it. Mark 10-14; "Let the children come to me." In lieu of flowers, please send your kind donation in Annette's name to: Friends of Mercy Foundation, P.O.
